Use this registration form for Les Demoiselles/Les Messieurs

• Please renew/or join before you begin the process.   The parent  MUST have an active membership for the 2022-2023 year or Les Demoiselles registration(s) will be cancelled and you will be notified. 
  

• Once you click the "register button" you will be asked to provide all of the information for each program participant.  

• 

• "Registrant" refers to the parent member and "Program Participant" refers to the Les Demoiselles student.  PLEASE fill in the fields appropriately.

• You can register more than 1 participant by repeating the registration process from the beginning before checking out.  However, they must all be Les Demoiselles/Les Messieurs.  If you need to register a Les Cygnettes/Les Messieurs  participant as well, please go back to the events page and select the Les Cygnettes/Les Messieurs Program Enrollment.
